Social account operations guide
Isolate every social account in one persistent profile.
Across platforms, the safety rules rhyme: one account, one profile, one IP, one owner. This guide applies those rules as a single operating system.
Direct answer
Adopt three rules — one AliasMode profile per account, one residential proxy per profile, one named owner per session — and apply them identically on every platform.
What you will accomplish
Before you start
- A full inventory of accounts across platforms with owner and purpose
- AliasMode installed with groups and tags ready
- Proxy capacity: one residential IP per active account
- A written naming pattern and session log
Step-by-step
Build the account inventory
One row per account: platform, handle, purpose, market, owner, status. Anything without an owner or purpose goes to the retire list.
Create one profile per account
Mirror the inventory in AliasMode: one profile per account, named by your pattern. Unlimited profiles make one-to-one the only sane policy.
Attach one proxy per profile
Give each profile its own residential proxy and preflight it. Record the assignment in the inventory row.
Log in once per account
Complete each account's login inside its profile. Persisted cookies mean relaunches are returning sessions, not new-device events.
Warm up before work
New accounts get a 10-14 day warm-up of light, human-paced activity on their own fingerprint and IP before any real workload.
Assign one owner per session
One operator owns the active session. Close and sync before another operator opens the same profile — Cloud's concurrent-open warnings back this up.
Log everything unusual, fix it the same day
Prompts, limits, and proxy swaps go in the session log the same day. Any shared IP, email, or device you discover gets separated immediately.
The AliasMode workflow
Groups as boundaries
Client or brand boundaries live in groups; platform and status live in tags.
Cloud sync for continuity
Sessions persist and travel through Cloud sync with version checks and concurrent-open warnings.
Preflight as a habit
A preflight before any session catches dead proxies before they become failed logins.
Verify it worked
- The profile list and the account inventory match one to one.
- No two profiles share an IP, an email, or a recovery phone.
- The session log shows a single operator per open window.
- Monthly preflight passes on every active proxy.
Cautions
- Every platform enforces its own terms; isolation is hygiene, not immunity.
- Identical schedules and tools across accounts create operator-level patterns; vary behavior.
- Account sharing beyond the workspace, especially credential sharing in chat, undoes every control here.
The safe-operations loop
Check the roster
Today's profiles, their owners, and any platforms with active notices.
Open, work, close
One profile open at a time per operator; finish, close, sync.
Log everything unusual
Prompts, limits, and proxy swaps go in the session log the same day.
Fix leaks immediately
Any shared IP, email, or device discovered gets separated the same day.
Platform safety matrix
| Platform | Main linking signal | Extra rule |
|---|---|---|
| Shared device and IP | One proxy per account, staggered schedules | |
| X | Automation and synchronized posting | Human-paced volume, per-handle schedules |
| TikTok | Region mismatch | Market-matched proxy before first login |
| Identity and contact details | Authentic logins, commercial work in assets |
Safe multi-account FAQ
What is the single most important rule?
One account per profile with its own proxy. Almost every incident traces back to two accounts sharing an environment.
Do I need antidetect features if I behave well?
Behavior is necessary but not sufficient: platforms also read device and IP signals. Isolated fingerprints and IPs close that gap.
How big can one operation get?
AliasMode profiles are unlimited and Cloud sync is free, so the constraint is proxy capacity and honest staffing per account — not software seats.
